Pap Talla

Pap Talla is IRFF’s Africa Regional Programme Support Analyst. Previously, Pap was a consultant and Associate Economic Affairs Officer for UN-DESA, where he helped draft the Secretary-General’s report on the Status of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). He also worked on establishing and managing the Technical Assistance Hub for Citywide Inclusive Sanitation in Africa, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has been Director of Development and Innovation at Cite Scolaire Internationale in Dakar and a Policy Advisor at AFD. He holds a master’s degree in International Public Management.
