Linet Odera

Linet Odera is Regional Lead for Africa at IRFF. With long-standing experience in the African insurance market, she was previously Secretary General at the Organization of Eastern and Southern Africa Insurers, responsible for designing and implementing the organization’s strategy on a sustainable Sub-Saharan Insurance Market. Before that, she was Director, Business Development – East & Central Africa, at Afro-Asian Insurance Services, a Lloyd’s of London Reinsurance Broker, where she was Head of the Nairobi Liaison office. Linet has a B.Sc. in Actuarial Sciences and an MBA and attended her Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
