Bitseat Debrework

Bitseat Debrework coordinates IRFF’s work on Climate Resilience & Agricultural Insurance in Ethiopia. She is an experienced programme management professional with years of experience in the agricultural sector. Before joining UNDP, she worked with national and international organizations focused on agriculture and rural development, including One Acre Fund, GIZ, the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA) and the Texas Department of Agriculture in Austin, Texas. She is a Mandela Washington Fellow. Bitseat holds an MSc in Innovation Management and a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
